Comments: One of the first NSI trains is seen headed west through the Minneapolis suburb St. Louis Park. The train is running on the CP Bass Lake Spur and is passing
under the former MN&S mainline, also owned by CP. The normal power for the NSI was GP15Cs, GP30Cs and occasionally a GP10.
